Rachael was seeing Server response: Unable to lock maildrop. Mailbox is locked by POP server. This is a common error usually caused by accessing the same account from a mobile device. Apart from the fact that you're most probably connecting to a different server Rachael didn't say which hers was, but yours is inbound. You're using a secure connection; Rachael wasn't.
